The team is responsible for management and repair of complex integrated customer solutions for non-standard clients. The role as Network Engineer is to provide 2nd level operations support. You will be supporting one to three bespoke network solutions. This will include hands on troubleshooting and implementation of changes and maintaining technical documentations.
 Act as a key escalation point for tier 1 teams
 Implement changes
 Join conference calls to assist customer change or testing activity
 Creating and maintaining technical documentation
 Writing RCA and other reports and assisting the Service Manager
 Provide updates to the customer and respond to requests for information
 Provide technical and service related training to Tier 1 and 2 engineers
 Troubleshoot, classify and correlate network incidents and problems on tier 2
 Become the operational in-depth technical expert for a complex and bespoke managed network solution


 Fluent in English (level B2/C1) – everyday communication both verbal and written
 Very Customer & Service oriented
 Team player with excellent communications skills and structured work approach
 Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
 Experience in implementing or operating complex VoIP networks
 Strong knowledge of UCS servers – CUCM, UCCX
 Knowledge of Cisco IOS Gateways, CUE, CUBE
 CCNP-Voice certification or equivalent experience
 Flexible work-attitude, willing to work at irregular hours when required. On calls will be required
 Ability to work autonomously without any supervision
 Self motivated person
 Attention to details with ability to change direction as needed
