With an outstanding level of English and the ability to handle technical communication, you will work with customers and relevant teams creating incident tickets and seeing them through to their final fix. You will operate services such as LAN/WAN, Mobile, Fixed Voice etc. and ensure that services are closely monitored to ensure the least possible controllable outages.
Qualified candidates will have CCNA certification, excellent English communication skills (no Czech required) and a strong ability to work as a team member.
