As a System Process Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
✔ understand the full scope - technical solution to business process
✔ translate functionl requirements to technical solutions
✔ create and design systems and data analytics to support business processes and organizations
✔ prepare business model analysis
✔ evaluate business and technical opportunities for joint development for building end to end technical solutions
✔ create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
✔ documentation of process and workflows, and business requirements
✔ utilize the company standards, processes, procedures and best practices
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
✔ at least 1 year experience as a Business Analyst
✔ skilled in creating project costs/benefits analysis
✔ working knowledge of UML and BPMN tools is the advantage
✔ strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ working on multiple projects at the same time
