- Troubleshooting
- Provides direct phone software support
- Answering clients requests and demands, solving IT issues

Požadavky

- High school or University education
- Fluent German plus English language (candidate has to speak both languages -B2 level)
- Advanced PC user (IT skills is an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
