INVOICING ANALYST with Spanish

Náplň práce

Tasks:
• Coordination and communication of all issues between the Spanish organization (accounting and commercial operations) and the external service providers with focus on management of Invoicing to clients
• Analysis of all processes concerning Invoicing to clients
• Collaboration in the specific areas with auditors concerning elaboration quarterly, annual statements and ad-hoc requests
• Collaboration in projects to simplify and optimize internal processes with focus on management of Invoicing to clients
• Analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual statement and Invoicing to clients indicators (KPIs)

Požadavky

Requiremens:
• Accounting and or commercial administration degree
• Balance sheet accountant knowledge
• professional experience in the area of finance/commercial administration
• Experience in projects is benefits
• Knowledge in SAP
• Experience in handling external service providers
• Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written
• Experienced handling of MS-Office
• Analytical thinking
